Technical Solution SpecialistEducation/Certification - CCNP or equivalent experience; thorough understanding of OSI model and various protocols including TCP/IP; specialization identified (Security, Network Management, IP Telephony).
Experience - 3-7 years minimum hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting multi-protocol networks. Would also prefer hands on experience supporting Cisco LAN/WAN, Wireless and IP Telephony Solutions (Call Manager, Unity, IP Phones, IPCC, Voice Gateways, QoS for the LAN/WAN);
Capabilities - Able to architect and design detailed configurations for advanced Cisco LAN/WAN, Wireless and IP Telephony Solutions; able to plan and deploy advanced network communications solutions; able to assess and monitor a complex network; able to perform advanced network troubleshooting; excellent presentation skills
