Infrastructure Assessments:
The 4Front Systems assessment includes detailed reports for each wiring closet performed by a certified cabling professional. It includes detailed visualization through the use of digital photographs of wiring closets, easily understandable specific references to non-standard wiring and instructions for corrective action. Examples of non-compliant cabling are tested with high-level test equipment and the test results are included in the document presented to you. Microsoft Systems and Storage Assessments:
An assessment is an opportunity to gain objective insight into your critical business and IT issues. A 4Front Systems Systems and Storage Assessment is an interactive session facilitated by one of our solutions consultants with key members of your organization, focusing on predetermined areas.
After conducting the onsite survey, 4Front Systems will deliver a report with findings and recommendations specific to business issues that were discussed in the site survey. The Strategy Assessment will help you optimize your existing processes and systems; implement best practices in focused areas; and develop a long-term vision that meets your business needs. IP Communications
Assessments:
A DSi IP Communications Assessment includes an analysis of your current networking equipment to determine the ability to support VoIP. We document network bandwidth and traffic patterns to identify potential bottlenecks. We analyze current PBX hardware and the operating environment to determine the best means of operating in parallel during a VoIP migration. And 4Front Systems provides recommendations on upgrading and/or replacing the current network infrastructure to support VoIP functions.
During and after the migration to a VoIP environment 4Front Systems will assess the existing E-mail and voicemail systems and storage requirements/recommendations. You will be given Visio documentation for the current voice network and for a completed VoIP “converged” network showing the recommended design. Security Assessments:
The 4Front Systems Security Roadmap is the initial component of the comprehensive 4Front Systems Security Program. The Roadmap project reviews and analyzes the current state of your network security, produces a findings report and offers strategic recommendations for actionable projects to enhance and maintain the security of your network systems. These recommendations and actions provide a framework that, if followed, will guide your organization and team into a comprehensive network security program, thus protecting the vital assets of your business. Wireless Assessments:
The 4Front Systems WLAN Assessment and Site Survey provides a detailed specification addressing coverage area, equipment placement, power considerations and wiring requirements. It also serves as a guide for the network design and for installation and verification of the wireless communication infrastructure. The primary objective of the survey is to ensure mobile users have acceptable coverage throughout the survey area. It determines if a site has unusually high RF interference issues, and enables accurate quotes to guide financial decision making. The assessment deliverables include coverage maps showing specific equipment placement locations along with radio signal strength and antenna type.
